iPad with no Flash - As a Flash developer, does it bother you?

Hello,
Since the iPad is gaining popularity (and the fact that Mr. Jobs is pushing his agenda of “no Flash, HTML 5 is here”) do you feel threaten as a Flash developer? For example how do you respond if a client has an iPad2 and how his Flash site (the one you are building) will look like?
Is there an easy way to explain a client that Flash is still here?

Said it before ..Steve Jobs will not be around forever ..when he isn't ..expect ithings to get flash quite soon after .
