Update: This number represents sales of Windows Phone 7 phones from phone makers to carriers. It is not the number of phones sold to customers by the carriers.

This is good progress.

It would be better to know the sellthroughs, but that will come out. If next month, the number hasn't moved much, then the channel is still stuffed.
