I have a Telebwest Broaband Blueyonder cable modem connection and want to get a Blackberry. I just rang Blueyonder and it seems they don't support Blackberry. Can anyone advise on switching to another ISP that does?

I am not certain I understand what you are asking for. The Blackberry doesn't run through your ISP - it will operate via whatever service you buy it from. You can sync it to Outlook for contacts and calendar info with no problem. If you want to sync messages, then you need the Blackberry Enterprise Server - a big investment, and not what you need if you are just a single user.
