Comparing PDAs useability

..is Graffiti Speed and Accuracy an issue

Like many I am thinking of taking the plunge with a PDA

Given that my handwriting is pretty scrawly, the speed and accuracy of Graffiti is an issue for me.

Q. Do all PDAs tend to perform to a similar level, or are the faster/better ones whizzing through the Graffiti recognition.

On a less important note, do you find that your 'pen and paper' writing starts to look like graffiti?

Graffiti is pretty easy once you get the hang of it. Great for short notes in the field but I wouldn't want to write a novel using it. I also bought a keyboard to use at home/office and it speeds thing up quite a lot.

As to my handwriting starting to look like Grafiti, well it always did!

Hehe... if your handwriting is very bad, learning accurate grafitti may help improve it! ;) But really, I don't think there's much variation in sensitivity/accuracy of grafitti from one model to another.

As far as on-screen writing/doodling programs I've tried, the variations in accuracy/smoothness are in the software itself.

I often find my normal handwriting in graffititii style :) hahah ill be writing letters and my t's look like sevens ;)

I just bought a Palm M125 (don't need colour)

whoopeee - playing with it now.
