Are mobile redirections considered bad like regular bad redirections and Google penalties? Is it better to let the user choose or to force them in the mobile version?
Are the mobile pages considered duplicate contents?

Ideally you'd want to be serving mobile content to mobile users and normal content to the spiders, but I guess it depends on your setup. I wouldn't serve both to the SEs.
