Making a Mobile Website (From Search Engine Perspective)

Hi

I have a content based website for which I am planning to create a mobile version of the same.

For this, I have to create a neWebmasterWorldebsite.com domain name and transfer the existing content to this site as well. But I am concerned about this site being regarded duplicate by the Google bot.

Could you please advise me on how to proceed in this regard.
