BTTrayCE Error

Bluetooth Radio failed to turn ON

I have just bought an Ipaq h6315 and when turned on I get a message -

"Then Bluetooth Radio failed to turn on due to insufficient driver memory available. You must perform a normal reset before you can turn ON the Bluetooth Radio."

After doing a normal and hard reset I still get the message. I have taken out extra SD memory just in case of incompatibility but no luck.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
