I just got a Palm Treo 600 on Verizon Wireless and love it. I have wireless sync which gets email from earthlink. I can't figure out the schedule for collecting email. I know the email goes out immediately. Anyone familiar with this? I sometimes get email immediately. Then sometimes could be a couple of hours later. Can't figure out the settings. Any insight would be great. Also, does the treo 600 have some sort of "beep" to let you know that you have voice mail or email waiting. My old regular cell phone would beep every couple of minutes to let me know that voice mail came in in case I did not hear the first alert. The treo stays silent. Any help would be great.
