Most commonly used screen resolution on PDA's/Pocket PCs

Can anyone guide me to a place where I can find an overview of the most commonly used screen resolutions for various PalmOS, PDA, Pocket PC devices, or if you know them, drop a quick line....

Thank you very much. Would it be fair to say that developing with width = 240 would be equal to width = 800 for general web programming..?

I design for 160px wide. There are still plenty of Treo 180s and 270s out there.
