Is there a site that converts websites to make them mobile friendly?

I've made my website mobile friendly, but I can't say the same thing for the sites I link to.

I see Google does this, using this format: [google.com...]

Are there any alternatives out there?

I think there are a few. I recently blocked one of them that was duplicating my data and repositioning it.

Unfortunately I can't remember the name, or I'd let you know.
