hi...
Friends i did noticed many sites are providing free sms service from there site to mobile. i just want to do that also. can any one help how this all works.

2) i am looking to start a new wap site where i can find a good software for designing the wap based site.

I think it depends on the market. For example, in Japan you wouldn't get as far with SMS as more people use actual e-mail on their phones. Then there are the local carriers to contend with. It may be necessary to negotiate with them to get this sort of service...again it depends on the market.

Yes it is true, it depends on the market. However, firstly have access to a sms gateway. This may be free to for a fee depending on who is serving you.

Once you have done that, create a simple form via html.

For the back end, simply use the mail() function.
