WN825G Problems

I have a problem my motorola wireless card isnt being reckonzied by my lap top..can anyone tell me why? its a WN825G?..can someone help..im about to throw the lap top out the window

yeah i have the right drivers...the lap top (i just got it friday) sees the card..but calls it network controller, when it brings up the hardware wizard...and i try to find the drivers..it wont do it..it says that the software cant be found..ive even called tech support on this..been working on it since 10 this evening

I just installed the WN825G on a WinXP Pro notebook. The documentation clearly states that there is a precise order for installation.
1. Insert the CD
2. Install software and drivers. (single step)
3. Then plug in wireless card.
I followed these steps and didn't have a problem (at first).

My problem is that the radio is only enabled for users with Administrative rights. I have multiple users on the notebook and do not want to give them all Administrative rights. Any other rights the radio is disabled and the user is not able to enable it. I have an email in to Motorola. We'll see what happens.

I have the same problems with mine. the wn825g.. the thing does the exact same thing as Missy's does... so i am gonna return it and go with a different brand i guess.. the funny thing is i have a generic wireless B card and it works just fine.. i have had the same problems with a linksys as this motorola. it keeps wanting to search for the network controler and pops the wizard up continuously. and i have done the correct install. 1.cd 2.drivers/software 3.card
BUT, my buddy loaded it into his lap top and it was fine. i have a gateway solo 9550, running XP pro w/Sp2.
ANY help is appreciated.
