Using the .mobi to improve the brand

Hello where can I find a designer to create a good yet simple mobile website.

To add to brand popularity I would like to create a .mobi website that allows browsers to say search the web.... press 1 and get say 10 ring tones to download, press 2 get screen savers, 3, get midi files actual songs etc 4. get todays headlines 5. Pay bills online etc and about 8 options. Can this be done easily?

If so PLEASE SOME ONE HELP HERE.
