Video to Mobile

One of my client's is desperate for some help as he has a job to deliver video content to their mobile phones or devices from his web site via wap txt sms mms or other
means (no more than 3mb size video).

I understand that we may need to convert avi's to 3GP format and have downloaded the Nokia Multimedia Converter 2.0 Final but what other factors do we need to consider?

It's not my area but I'm interested in learning as well ... I'd be grateful if anyone can give us a clue as to how to go about this?
We are in the UK by the way.
