I plan to buy an Ipaq Pocket PC on Ebay.
I already have a CF GPS receiver.
My question is now;
Which models of the Ipaq's does support CF?
Some of them support only SD, i need an Ipaq with CF 1/2.

You can get a expansion sleeve that ads CF to most of the ipaqs. You will have to study the specs for each model to determine if it has or can use a CF (most don't).

Get the Dell Axim X5 it has the CF slot and an SD slot. I have one and love it. I had an Ipaq and it had to have a huge sleeve and a PCMCIA CF adapter to use CF cards.
