Google penalized my site

Hi everyone, i need a suggestion.
I've got my site indexed already, but Google penalized it about 6 days ago. I guess It 's happened cause my site was down (about 12 hours) . Google bot doesn't visit my site from this time. What should I do? I should submit it again? Any suggestions?
May google considers it like spam page. I have no idea :(

I don't think you need worry. If you have at least one incoming link Google will find & trawl your site again. It's a matter of patience.

BTW, you are not supposed to disclose your URL here. You can edit your post and remove the URL.
