email a particular email to an email address entered by the user

I was wondering, I am new to the dreamweaver side of things. And I have two pages which need completing with email autosenders.
Meaning, when the user clicks the submit button on a form, along with submitting the data to the OLE DB database (already going) how can I get a confirmation email sent to the person saying a specific company statement submitted to me by my boss.

Hi theitman,

You need to setup a CGI script (such as formpost), or write one yourself. You could also look around on the web for a free mailer (where you send the form some content and it emails it off).
