Does anyone have a website contract?

I am a newbie just now finding this wonderful board! I did some background searching on here and forgive me if I missed this, but I am starting a SOHO web design business and was wondering if anyone here had a good contract that they would be willing to share? I am going to be dealing with mom and pops so it needs to be very clear cut.
