Where do the mata tag and the title tag go in a framed page?

I've got my site to the point that it's as complete as it's going to get. (for now anyway) I'm going over some search engine optimization articles and I know I need to add meta tags, keywords and a title description. None of the articles I have been reading have mentioned which fram to put these in!

Thanks so much for all the help and patience with a newbie!

Hi alana,

You would put those tags in both the parent frame and the frame target or source page. In a sense, you have what looks like two complete HTML pages.

Also, be aware that most webmasters don't use frames. There are some issues with search engines and usability that can be quite tricky...

Since this is a new site, unless you have very special circumstances, I'd advise getting rid of the frames and thus your problem..........
