best way to offer a petition

Hi All,

I am starting a web site sharing my tips on health and beauty. One of my other goals is to organize a campaign against food companies using hydrogenated fats. I would like tp start a grass roots campaign and think the web is the best way to get out the word. I wuld like to offer some sort of petition so that visitors to my site can actaully participate in this campaign. How should I do this? Waht is the easiest and best way.
