Analog specifically. I ran into a road block when I tried to set this stats package up. I didn't find it to be an intuitive process. What I'd like to do is somehow set it up so that can read the usage stats off several different websites, and print those up at timed intervals into nice & neat reports.

Has anyone found a nice tutorial that walked you through the process of setting this up? Have you found a way to automate the process?

Thank you ^

I tried searching a bit for it...no dice. Anyone doing this already and care to share?

Wanted to check for Analog users one more time.

I'm having trouble setting this up for multiple sites. I'm relatively new to web design and all of that so the actual analog website and subsequent tutorials are a bit tough to get through...but it shouldn't be that difficult.

I want to set-up analog for multiple websites. I want to produce a report for each website every month. Is there a way to automate the process of developing these monthly summaries? Is there a tutorial that talks in laymans terms for setting this up that you know of?

I believe I only need one instance of Analog running in order to produce reports for many websites...?

Any help or instruction in general would be fantastic!

Hi madcat!

You need to run analog seperately for each site (if you want seperate reports). I use multiple config files, then each one is run seperately from a batch file using @analog -G +g"thisite.cfg".

Also, analog has a mailing list which is quite useful.
