Hi Ranbir singh and welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]

Unfortunately it can take much more time than a few months to build a following for your blog. There may be thousands of new blogs every day and it takes more than a few weeks or months to build traffic. It is a very common expectation to begin seeing more traffic every day but that is not today's reality.

If you keep up with adding new fresh content and people find your content to be good and helpful then continuing the work is the best thing you can do. If your visitors tell their friends to see your site, word will spread and traffic will increase.

You are not the only person asking this question, see this from last week: [webmasterworld.com...]

i think thats pretty normal. in my experience new sites seem to get a little artificial boost for a short while, so google can see what it's all about, and then it will drop down to it's deserved level. if your traffic hasn't started picking up after 6-12 months then I would maybe change what you're doing

There's a brief honeymoon period (noted above) where traffic is sent, but it does not last. Only time and content will bring in the traffic. To HELP get that new traffic try to use other methods such as flyers, radio, newspapers to get the word out that the site exists. This can help, depending on your budget.

- Keep your new content tightly related to the initial content
- During the honeymoon period Google tends to pick a page as their favorite, it becomes the main topic(in Google's eyes) so keep tightly related to that as well.

With time, authority and more content your going to see gains but they are not going to be as quick as they once were, especially when most sites are on a downward trajectory.
