can you see my site is hacked and indexed in google?
how can I de-indexed my 404 pages
there are major issues list

1- site hacked and recovered with developer team
2- site indexed with Japanese/ Chinese character
3-pages when open then shows 404 page

The question about the 404 page is really separate from the hacking question, because it could theoretically happen to anyone. The likeliest explanation is a technical error--from the site itself, not from a search engine--such that a 404 will redirect to the site's 404 page while not returning a 404 response. (It is for this reason that all my error pages carry an explicit robots noindex meta, just in case something goes wrong and a search engine thinks it has landed on an actual page.)
