If I create a vector image in Photoshop or Flash. Which file format should I save my picture in for it to keep it's elasticity?

AFAIK, Photoshop is pixel based only, so you will have trouble creating a vector based graphic there :).
Using flash, just saving it as swf files might work, not sure if there are other formats.

Flash (.swf) or adobe illustrator (.ai)(for non-web use) are about it, currently. The other formats are a ways out in terms of practical use, you might look at SVG - [w3.org...] or the Adobe site.

lol- yeah, I guess it would be tough in Photoshop.
I've been using Fireworks actually. Thanks for your suggestions...

Browser support for vectored graphics is kinda patchy. .swf (i.e. Flash) is probably the best option, since it's so wdiespread.
