Getting out of the chair is the biggest change possible
Better yet (as I said) don't use a chair.

don't use a chair
In that case, replace “getting out of the chair” with “walking away from the computer”.

walking away from the computer
What computer? I no longer have a desktop (it got fried in a power surge.)
I now have 2 tablets, a Surface (hybrid notebook/tablet) a smart TV and a mobile phone connected to the internet. I am never "sitting" in front of a computer anymore. Wasted a significant part of my life doing so.
Now there's just no longer any reason not to be outside. Heck, I live right on one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world with almost perfect weather year round.
For a work machine, I will be buying an "always connected" new notebook but am waiting for 5g to be fully implemented (set for 2020.) The ones available now are all 4g and they can't easily be upgraded. I never see myself going back to a stationary machine.

Take your tablet for a walk. Or better yet, leave it behind. :)
It all works out the same: get away from the work and do something else.
Sadly, if you are always connected none of the above will make a difference for workaholics.
Me, I like fishing (with no bait or hook as that would mean work), but getting out on the river bank in open air ...
