Welcome to the forums GustavoWoltmann, unfortunately the question needs to be more specific to get a useful answer.

The price could be $5 to $5,000 or much more, or any number in between. For any realistic number you would need a clear plan of the number and type of pages you are expecting to be created. "Starting a page" is not clearly defined. It is something anyone can do for free at some places, it depends on the purpose of the page.

Or you can ask specific questions to the members listed here where members offer HTML services: [webmasterworld.com...]

I kinda realized it is a broad question. Well I have been thinking about a online shop in 2 languages with about 50 items to sell.

If you can't do this yourself, then look at online vendors who offers such services (under their banner of course), or learn how to do it.

If you engage a developer to do this you might incur significant costs, OR a share of the sales/profits.

These days you can still throw a page up for next to nothing (other than cost of domain name, dns registration, a host, likely shared) for about $70 US per year. Establish your banking methods and sales acceptance .... a separate cost!

If ecommerce look at the various CMS packages geared for that purpose, some free, some not so free.

But before you do ANY of this know your business, have a plan, know your market and vendors, and have a REASON TO EXIST.

Else, fail.

That said, all best wishes. Do the homework, know your intended market and do well! Just do not fall into the trap of believing a web page/site/store will generate dollars. That train left long ago and the web "gold rush" is past history....

If you require a html designer you can go specifically to websites like [freelancer.com...] and post your job there. You will receive many offers in terms of money and you can pick, if you want, one of the designers so that they do your job.
