Hi – I haven’t done any web design or posted here for a looooong time – and I’ve forgotten quite a bit of what I used to know. Therefore, I'm asking my question in this “newbie” section of the site…
I have purchased a responsive, html5 theme from StudioPress and I am putting together a website about yachts. I need to first list various yacht manufacturers … and then break down individual yachts by model/name (from each manufacturer). Each yacht will therefore have it’s own webpage (all pages with the same layout) listing things such as the yacht’s length, speed, range, year launched, a large/main pic, some expandable thumbnail pics, and lots of additional information.
Ideally, I would like to have some type of template/form where I could add all this info for each individual yacht … and it would magically create the corresponding yacht’s page.
Is there some type of WordPress plugin … or is there some existing template that I could tweak for my needs … or would this need to be “built” from scratch using PHP, Javascript, etc.?
Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated!
