Howto : Real Estate webpage

I'm newer in web design.

I'd like to design a real estate webpage with photo album.


i don't know how to :

- someone click/select a realestate photo to my webpage, then, it will show detail information from database. howto?

any sample scripts?

Meanwhile, what sort of tools do you have? MySQL, PHP, Perl, ASP? And what skill level would you say you are?
