Can someone help/give me steps on how to integrate windows live messenger into mysite?

You can actualy do this pretty easily. You can do this by pasting some html code right into your page.

To get the code you will need an account with Live messenger, then within your account settings

[settings.messenger.live.com...]

You can choose to add a messenger window, a button or a status icon. Once you have done this users will be able to use Live to send you instaint messages right from your webpage.

Yeh that works fine...my problem is how do we know customers are accessing this program and how do we reply to them? The HTML is fine....heeelp? Thanks
