The problem: i have used just one "under construction" index page with my domain, but since construction took some months, i got on the first page of google.ro for my targeted keywords with it.
Now my new site is ready to be launched, with a new index of course, and my question is:
How to proceed with changing my first "under construction" index to the new one, without loosing the position i got in google with my "under construction" index?
An answer would be highly appreciated,

And well done for managing to rank using only an under construction page.
All I can suggest is get rid of the page and upload your new index page. If a simple one page holding page can rank, think how well you can do with the true site and its keyword rich content.
Ranking is one thing, but ranking for a reason is another. As it stands your site may rank, but it serves no purpose. The true site on the other hand will serve a purpose.
