Is this hacked code in my horde.sql file?

Hi, I been reading the site posts for a few months and have learned a lot of useful info...thanks

I have a file in my recent backup horde.sql which appears to have some spammer code:

('bob@iamav****or.com','nag','display_tasklists','a:1:{i:0;s:18:\"bob@iama****or.com\";}'),('iam***','ingo','blacklist','a:2:{s:1:\"a\";a:4:{i:0;s:30:\"payp*[e-mail]\";i:1;s:21:\"a6969zrce**@gmail.com\";i:2;s:25:\"tapping1999sy**@gmail.com\";i:3;s:31:\"sweepstakes**@luckymail.com\";}s:1:\"f\";s:0:\"\";}')

The bob@.... was a legitimate email address on my server, the other 4 email addresses do not belong to me or anyone I know.

I have searched my files and cannot locate horde.sql on my server. Does anyone know what the code is, where it is located, and how to fix it?

Sorry for the post. I have found the answer...these are blacklisted emails from within Horde.
I would still be interested in knowing why the file containing the code is not visible on my server running Cpanel?
