Mail List, Newsletter Managment

Can someone recommend a free newsletter script or program that will allow me to have three fields: Name, Email Address and a box for questions and comments to be entered. I also want to be able to intergrate the script onto an existing web page.

I have tried literally hundereds of different scripts (the latest being PhP List)but they have all been way too confusing or simply didnt do what I wanted them to...

You have to keep searching the script repositories until you find one that suits your needs. You can try the following:
[hotscripts.com...] , [sourceforge.net...] , [phpclasses.org...] , [freshmeat.net...] etc...

If you cannot find something as simple as you wnt, you might just be better off rolling your own code.
