I have a site that contains an events calendar. Presently I just do the whole calendar thing manually because this gives me complete control over look etc. However this is time consuming. What should i use to manage my calendar, where do i start?
Any pointers would be great!

There are applications you can incorporate into your site for this kind of content management. You might want to take a look at some of the script repositories for additional information. Try some of the following:
Check easyphpcalendar.com. It's not free but it is flexible and requires MYSQL.

Thanks for the tips to both of you. I have decided to go with Web Calendar because it is free and with some fiddling it is beginning to look at home on my site! Maybe somebody should start a really good website with open source program reviews all in one place?
