Hello,

I would like to build personal web site with blog functionality.

Which is better to use drupal or wordpress ?

I have to explain myselfe better: I know that wordpress is the best bloging tool.

But the fact is that I am building personal webpage and not only blog page I wonder what drupal blog module does/doesn't support which I should put in consideration.

Drupal is a lot more advanced, and as such has a greater learnign curve. For a simpe blog Wordpress would be ideal, but with Drupal you have the option to become a lot more advanced than a simple blog.

I recomend you have a look over at opensourcecms.com and check out the admin interfaces for both these applications. This will enable you to see exactly what each is capable of.
