Hello, please help me with a simple question

Hi i'm trying to create a website for myself and i found this annoying problem. It isn't really a problem. it just i don't like it. When i create a hyperlink for say a text " home" then when i test it in browser, there are dotted gray square line around the text when i click it. how do i get rid of these dotted lines in the hyperlink?

The dotted gray square line will disappear when the new page is loaded. It is an important feature for those who have difficulty using the mouse and rely upon the keyboard for navigation. Try moving around your site just by pressing the 'tab' and 'enter' keys and you'll see why it's important.
