In January number of visitors raised a lot again. But in February it seems to fall back to what it was before christmas. Numbers of vistors have raised steady last 3 years (mainly Google).

I wonder if anyone have experience with SERP based on volume of customers coming back? Normal volume of customers revisiting my site has raised steadily from 10% to 19% last 3 years (15-19% last year). In February this have raised to 20-25%. I wonder if Google will give me better positions at a later stage if this "high volume" of customers revisiting my site stays above 20%.
Anyone knows?

I can't say for 100% that they won't ... but I can't see any reason why they should, either.

While revisits are a measurable resource, they are also one that is dead easy to manipulate - and impossible to police. So Google would have to be pretty stupid to put much weight on it.

In general, it's not wise to predicate a theory on the basis of Google's stupidity ;)
