First, you need to take a good look at what you have already done and determine the reason(s) they failed. Was it because the idea was poor or the implementation was poor or that you poorly implemented it?
Second, figure out if you really have what it takes to be successfully self-employed. Not everyone does. Being self-employed usually means working a LOT more hours and a LOT more effort than working for someone else. Forget what you've heard about sleeping until noon, taking 2-week vacations, and relaxing- it doesn't happen that way, and certainly not when you are first starting.
Third, figure out what you enjoy doing and start brainstorming ideas on how to take advantage of it. There are many, many ways of monetizing ideas. Not every way works for each idea, and many ideas have multiple possible revenue streams.
Fourth, after you have a good idea of the direction you want to take, ask some specific questions for advice. A general "What are your ideas for making money?" will doubtfully get you any serious responses. Ask focused questions for specific problems, showing us that you have already done the bulk of your homework and just need that last little push to get started.

Or, there's my home income method: learn a ridiculously obscure scholarly area and edit books from home! Like most of the above methods, this methods is a lot of work and "work from home" is not the same as "retire at 28".
