wordpress question

I recently aquired a blog that was made with wordpress. I got the domain transferred,hosting set up, adsense as well. So as I start out with the blog, I am wondering how I can add links to the site? If anyone is familiar with wordpress.....I can login to wordpress to the "dashboard" and has links from there were I can add articles, view incoming links, ect. Within this page, is that where I should be able to add links to my favorite site (ex. widgets.com)? If so, where do I go to add links or remove ones that I won't anymore. I understand how the blogroll works but I want to add/remove other links that are already ont he site. Im really lost on this...

Login to your admin, then click "Links" in the blue bar at the top - this is the "manage links" section that lets you manage existing links, etc. Click "Add Link" in the 3rd bar to add new links.

ok, from the "dashboard", the links that are in the blue bar is...dashboard, write, manage, comments,blogroll, presentations, plugins, users, options, e-mail,....I could not find a place where I could add links with your instructions above...maybe I need it a bit more detailed? I aplogize....im new to this but after looking around more, I still can't find how to do it!

Click Blogroll if you're looking to add links to your blogroll. If you want to create links to your own pages, you have to create them first, Click "Manage" Then "Pages"

Thanks digital. I found how to create new pages for my blog and I know where to go to add sites to my blogroll.
