m looking to build a good header for my web site the domain is < no member domains, please > any hints out their as far as building headers with paint shop pro? ;)

That could be anything and everything. It depends on what you like and even more so on what you think your users would like.

Obviously, you can't steal designs from anyone, but you can take inspiration from everyone. Look around at sites that you like, then when you see what you like, close all those windows, fire up Paint Shop, and try to make something similar.

Otherwise, you can buy templates pretty cheap. Search on "website templates"
