I update my site from .html to .php (WordPress). I have PR4 which I think due to the previously link exchange I made.

Those inbound links are pointing to my index page which is http://www.example.com, and since I have upgraded my site to WordPress it now have the index page of http://www.example.com/

Does the inbound links pointing to a url with trailing slash and non-trailing slash affects how Google sees my site? What remedy should I do to maintain my PR if it has an effect? Thanks

No worries; domain .com and domain.com/ are not seen as two separate pages. Just check for www and non-www!
