Time Lag between Crawl to Index

Hello,

Two quick novice questions:

Have a 450 page e-comm site.

Weblogs show googlebot (66.249.67.165) has crawled the site 980 minutes over a 7 day period.

Is this considered a normal crawl time?

What is the average time lag between a googlebot crawl of a page to the page actually being indexed?
