Hello

I have recently read about both link Trading or reciprocal linking, and traffic trading, but which is best? Link or Traffic trading or both? Am I wasting time with these techniques? Is there anything better? Reciprocal Linking is something I'm very open
to, but not to sure if, and for that matter where they are best suited. {A links page or on my site pages that are closely related to the link.} Traffic Trading is used effectively by Adult webmasters, but I don't know where to start when dealing with mainstream.

I'm looking for any insight to where I can find some good "Friends Lists" and/or "Top-lists" to do with business. Being new at the Traffic game I am open to any ideas or comments members are willing to give me.

Thanks Heaps.

In the past months I have learned something new to me: Link exchanges are useless in terms of SEO.

No buts as far as my experience goes.

If you want to trade links, do it if your users and the users of your partner's site will benefit from the other site. To find appropriate partners, check DMOZ.

I don't know what you mean by "trade traffic".

Your site listed on DMOZ? ;)

Another suggestion:
To find appropriate partners, check your favorite search engine, visit the sites and judge for yourself.
