Outsourcing Website Work outside of US

Freelance or Professional Website Creation

I am considerating making a website and outsourcing the work to others.

Does anyone know of any good legitimate freelance or professional companies that operate outside the US?

Tell me about your experience with them and rates too.

I have never had a complete website built remotely, but I have had bits and pieces done, e.g. content writing, logo, Flash elements, scripting. Main lesson is to write everything down and ask for confirmation that is more detailed than a "Yes, we can do everything".

We can't really recomend companies or specific organisations. The truth is seeking outsourced workers anywhere can be just as challenging. it's always on a case by case basis, check referances and portfolio.
