Tracking my customers

Hi,

I have a new webdesigner who is going to start work on my site soon. I am searching for a tool to track my customers, my old webdesigner had one in place and he would send me results every week.

Is there a way I can do this myself?

ideally you need to be able to access your sites logs - you should be able to ask your host about this.

theres plenty of different log analysis programs out there - some decent ones available for free.
