to upload video files, play flash, tv, youTube on the web

I need a video script (freeare/GNU/GNL) to upload/transfer video (mp4, wma and other formats) onto the wb site as well as want to play liveTV and youtube on different pages (with the same software). Please let me know if you have any suggestions. Your help will be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

any standard image upload script should work

We can't really do specific recomendations. All I can suggest is testing out the availale options and discovering what app best suited your needs. This will vary a lot from site to site.
