Howdy,

I have a group of ~100 domains that I have parked now and would like to do some very basic development for. The domains are all in the real estate sector and I would like to set up a basic site for each with the main goal being search engine ranking.

Basically I want to leverage the SE ranking as a selling point to a RE broker. I realize I have a whole mountain of issues relating to getting SE ranking, however my querstion here is more basic...

What kind of hosting account do I need to best serve this quantity of simple 1 page sites? Do hosting accounts allow for a high or unlimited volume of domains assuming that I stay under their space and transfer limits? I'd like at least one email address per domain as well.

I'd appreciate any guidance you could provide on type sof hostings packages, vendors/costs. The domains are all reg'd at Godaddy so that would be teh easiest solution.

Does a network of sites all hosted identically harm their SE ranking?

thanks in advance (i'm a newb on this board.... )

There are many hosting companies that will host large numbers of domains fairly cheaply. Mine says they will host unlimited domains and they're pretty cheap, and good. The trick is using a good host.
I can't tell you who I use because that would be promoting someones product (it's against the Posting Guidelines).
To research the quality of hosts, there are several sites that review hosting services. To find out which to use, do a search for "review hosting services"!

I think you are going to find it extremely difficult to get a one page site to rank in the real estate industry. :(

I concur except that I'm going after very specific geo locations in Los Angeles

For example:

<town name>homes.com/.net
<town name>properties.com/.net

Thus I'm not under the impression the sites will rank with any mainstream real estate searches (mortgage, mls, etc.) but I'm optimistic that for these specific terms I can get some SE traction.

Am I still crazy?

if i do 5 page sites for each domain does that help my cause greatly?

thanks!
