Making one domain go to another.

pointing domain.nl to real site at domain.com

Our company has recently acquired the domain ourcompany.nl. Our real site resides at ourcompany.com.

How do I point any .nl traffic to .com without diluting serps or other badness?

Search on here for permanent redirect or 301 redirect. You can do this via IIS or htaccess. Not too sure what platform you are on.
