I have tried to convert my office pc to a FTP server, but is on IP of network not at my pc's IP.
At present it is not accessible outside my company network.
Small company? Big company? IT department? Network staff?
You have a router and/or firewall between your internal network and the Internet. You need to set up "port forwarding" on the router from an external address/port to your PC. If you have an IT or network staff, you will have to ask them to do this. Most likely, they will say "no".
I want my ftp to be accesible on Internet.
No, you don't. Not if you're smart. It's asking for trouble. This should be done on a well-secured and unimportant machine outside of your internal network.
