jatar_k is right - we need to know the OS in order to help with specifics.
In general, you need to install the web server first (Apache). I personally would choose to install PHP next and then add the MySQL server. Test each install to be sure it is operating properly before moving on.
(it looks like i did it in the wrong order)
I am not too sure how to install them correctly on the computer. And then what to do to test it and then use it correctly with PHP.
