Help me to select a new hosting company

First Thanks to the webmasterworld users, I have been reading this forums for a few months already and I cannot explain how helpful this forum was!
As you can see this is my first post... ( so be nice)

I have 2 web sites and I need to leave my 3.95/month hosting company.
I believe in -you get what you pay- The 3.95 hosting company waisted me so much time that I don't want to deal with them anymore...

I read some of the posts explaining how to select a hosting company and I didn't find them helpful.

What I am looking for:
excellent support.
Shared hosting with the basic features.
option to upgrade to a dedicated server
toll free support number
price is not an issue ( I will pay even 20$ for a good basic hosting)

Hi eden,

As per TOS we cant discuss specific hosting companied on the forums. My suggestion would be to have a look around and choose a few companies that you like. Then look for reviews of that company.

There are two main reasons we don't allow hosting suggestions.
1. This sort of thread can lead to spam.
2. The suitability of a host depends on your specific requirements. There is no "one size fits all" web host.
